Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail or other equivalent courier services to deliver all our orders.  

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days.  If your order is urgent please get in touch to discuss your requirements before placing an order.

DELIVERY COSTS

For all items sent via Royal Mail, we use 1st Class unless there is option of 2nd Class.

1st Class generally takes 1 - 2 working days 
2nd Class generally takes 3 - 4 working days

For other courier services, we use either next day or 2 day UK delivery or the best options which are available.  

You have the option of Express Delivery and we will send the item via Next Day delivery.  This is at a Standard rate of £6.60

DELIVERY ISSUES & RE-DELIVERY

Please ensure that you are available to accept delivery of the products at the stated address. We do not accept responsibility for items that are returned back to us due to failed delivery. In such situations, you need to contact us to arrange additional payment for re-delivery, additional postage will apply.

For international deliveries, we will not be responsible for any additional taxes or custom costs on your ordered items.
