Refund & Exchange Policy
As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you have ordered. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that personalised products are not returnable unless damaged or faulty
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you wish to return an item you will need to cover shipping costs. We advised that proof of postage is obtained.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If items have been damaged in transit, please advise the driver, sign for the delivery as damaged and send a photo before you have unpacked the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Personalised, Clearance, sale items or custom/bulk orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that you are available to accept delivery of the products at the stated address. We do not accept responsibility for items that are returned back to us due to failed delivery. In such situations, we will contact you to arrange additional payment for re-delivery, additional postage will apply.
For international deliveries, we will not be responsible for any additional taxes or custom costs on your ordered items.
